He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi since 1975. During the period of his active practice years, he has represented many Industrial houses like SPIC, Binny, Sterling, Modi and Shriram Group. He has played a key role in restructuring the various businesses of Shriram Group, which resulted in the group focusing in financial services, engineering and real estate. He has also been instrumental in the growth of various business units of Shriram group.
